Designer Laser Vaginoplasty
Designer Laser Vaginoplasty® (DLV®) is the aesthetic surgical enhancement of the vulvar structures, labia minora, labia majora, mons pubis, perineum, introitus, hymen, (see figure). DLV® has provided creative treatment solutions for patients from all 50 states and 30 countries. This has provided us with a vast experience and creative expertise to aesthetically design procedures in line with the specifications and desires of the patient.
Although our experience and techniques provide us the ability to design most anything that one can desire, our most common DLV procedures are as follows:
| • | Laser Reduction Labioplasty of the Labia Minora can sculpture the elongated or unequal labial minora (small inner lips) according to ones specification. Most women tell us that they do not want the small inner lips to project beyond the large outer lips. With laser reduction labiaplasty, we can accomplish the desires of the woman. Our labiaplasty techniques can also reconstruct conditions that are due to the aging process, childbirth trauma, or injury. Photos |
| • | Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora with excision of Excess Prepuce can sculpture the elongated or unequal labial minora (small inner lips) according to ones specification. Most women tell us that they do not want the small inner lips to project beyond the large outer lips. With laser reduction labiaplasty, we can accomplish the desires of the woman. Our labioplasty techniques can also reconstruct conditions that are due to the aging process, childbirth trauma, or injury. Excision of Excess Prepuce also sometimes referred to as Clitoroplasty, Clitoral Unhooding or a better technique that I prefer is known as Excision of Excess Prepuce (the folds of extra tissue usually attached to the back of the labia minora, and to the sides of the clitoris - enlarging the clitoris and excision of subfrenulum folds – extra folds underneath the clitoris) is usually preformed with Laser Reduction Labioplasty when indicated. | • | Laser Reduction Labiaplasty of the Labia Minora with Reduction of Excess Thickness can sculpture the elongated or unequal labial minora (small inner lips) according to ones specification. When one side is thicker than the other, the excess can be reduced to match the opposite side. Photos |
| • | Laser Perineoplasty can rejuvenate the relaxed or aging perineum. It can also enhance the sagging labia majora (large outer lips) and labia minora. Overall, the procedure can provide a youthful and aesthetically appealing vulva. Photos |
| • | Laser Reduction Labioplasty of the Labia Majora via Extension of the Perineoplasty is the most common labia majora Female Genital Plastic Surgery procedure. By reducing the Perineum, the extra or atrophic folds of the Labia Majora can be reduced to provide a more youthful and aesthetic appearing vulva. Photos |

All laser vaginal rejuvenation procedures and designer laser vaginoplasty procedures can be performed in conjunction with other cosemetic surgeries. The most common procedures, including liposuction, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty can be simultaneously performed by our leading board-certified facial and board-certified plastic surgeons.
| • | Augmentation Labioplasty can provide aesthetically enhanced and youthful labia majora by autologous fat transplant (removal of the patients fat via Lipoharvest – a small amount of fat and transplanting it into the labia majora). Patients can opt to combine the procedure with Liposuction of several body parts in place of the Lipoharvest of a small area Photos |
| • | Liposculpturing of the fatty mons pubis and labia majora: Many people seek liposuction because they want to improve remove the unsightly fatty bulges of the mons pubis and labia majora. Also known as Vulvar Lipoplasty liposuction can remove unwanted fat of the mons pubis and upper parts of the labia majora. Liposculpturing can alleviate the unsightly fatty bulges of this area and produce an aesthetically pleasing contour. Photos |
